Roasted Red Peppers

These are so easy to make and add a great flavour to a sandwich, wrap, or pasta sauce.

You can either place the whole red pepper directly on the BBQ over medium-hi heat or place them on a baking sheet and roast them at 450F, turning them as needed.

You'll want the exterior of the pepper to be charred and blackish. After the pepper has been roasted, place the peppers in a large bowl and cover tightly with plastic wrap. This will cause the peppers to 'sweat', making it easy to peel away the skin.

Peel off the skin, and discard the skins. Cut the peppers into any size you prefer.
