Lemon Loaf

Very yummy and very lemony loaf! Thanks again to mommsie for this recipe.
Serves 15-20
Ingredients:

1 package of Duncan Hines Lemon cake mix (517 grams)

1 large package of instant lemon pudding powder

1 cup of water

1/2 cup of vegetable oil

4 eggs

1/2 cup of icing sugar

lemon juice

Directions:

Step 1:
Preheat the oven to 350F.

Step 2: Beat the eggs for 4 minutes.  In a large bowl, add the cake mix, pudding mix, water, oil and eggs. Mix well.

Step 3: Spray to loaf pans with cooking oil. Divide the mixture evenly into the 2 pans. Bake for 1 hour. Let cool.

Step 4:
In a bowl, add the icing sugar. Add enough lemon juice to make a slightly runny icing.  Pour the icing over the slightly cooled loaves. ENJOY!
