Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of vegetable oil

2/3 cup of sugar

1/3 cup of ketchup

1/4 cup of white vinegar

1 English cucumber, diced

1 cup of baby carrots, diced

1 red and green pepper, diced

2 ribs of celery, diced

Rotini  pasta

Directions:

Step 1: Cook pasta according to package.

Step 2: To make the sauce, mix together the oil, sugar, ketchup and vinegar. Mix until sugar has dissolved.

Step 3: Cook the pasta when finished cooking, but don't rinse it- rinsing the pasta rinses it's nutrients away. Add all the vegetables to the pasta then mix in the sauce. Let everything sit for a while before eating. Mix everything again before eating.

* Try to make all the vegetables roughly the same size.
