Hummus

Bad breath is calling your name.

Serves 15-20

Ingredients:

1 can of chick peas (19 oz), drained and rinsed

1/4 cup Tahini (sesame seed paste)

3 clove of garlic

1/2 tsp of salt

1/4 cup of lemon juice, plus extra

Cayenne pepper

Directions:

Step 1: Add drained and rinsed chickpeas into a food processor. Pulse a few times, then add chopped up garlic and salt. Puree for a few seconds then add the tahini and 1/4 cup of lemon juice.

Step 2: At this point you may need to add some more lemon juice or a splash of water (depending on how you like the consistency). Add a few shakes of cayenne pepper, depending on how spicy you like it. Pulse together and taste test. I add a little more lemon but if you want to add more that's up to yourself. The more liquid you add the thinner the dip will be.

Step 3: Put contents into a serving bowl, add a few drops of extra virgin olive oil and a dash of cayenne on top. For garnish, add lemon wedges on a plate with pita bread.
