Blueberry Bonanza Smoothie

Great name eh? Blueberries are not the highlight of this smoothie.  The great thing about smoothies, you can add whatever you want! I am not a big breakfast eater nor a fruit eater. I wazz one of these suckers up every morning before work and definitely after a workout. Don't feel the need to add all the ingredients listed below, just go with what you like! I always save a cup full and give it to my daughter, she loves it!
Serves 1


Ingredients:

1 cup of frozen blueberries

1 cup of frozen strawberries

1 banana

1/2 cup of frozen mango

1/3 cup of frozen chopped kale

1/2 cup of yogurt (your choice!)

1 cup of skim milk

1 tsp of ground chia seeds (mega health benefits here)

1 tsp of liquid fish oil

1 tbsp of coconut oil

*occasional use, 2 tbsp of protein powder

Directions:

In a blender, liquify everything together! Easy Peasy & ENJOY!
