Candy Cookies

I came across these little puppies at Pioneer Woman's website. You can choose any cookie dough (I use pre-made Pillsbury but you can use homemade!) and you can also use any of your favourite chocolate candies.

Makes roughly 30

Ingredients:

1 package of cookie dough (469 grams), any kind: chocolate chip, sugar cookies, oatmeal

Chocolate candy of your choice: I used Hersey's Milk Chocolate Kisses and Reese's mini Peanut butter cups

You'll need: mini muffin tins

Directions:

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350F. Grease your mini muffin tins with oil/grease. Take the package off your cookie dough. Using a sharp knife, cut the dough into 1 inch slices.

Step 2: Now cut each round into quarters. Place one quarter into a mini muffin tin space. Repeat until all dough pieces are used. Pop into the oven for 8 minutes, or just until golden in colour.

Step 3: While the dough is baking, unwrap your chocolate/candy.

Step 4: As soon as the cookies comes out of the oven, lightly push a candy into the centre of each dough. Let cool and eat!.
