Slow Cooker Pork Ribs

Talk about 'fall-off-the-bone' kind of meat! These ribs are so tasty and tender, and completely fool-proof!

Serves 6

Ingredients:

3 lbs pork side ribs

Rub:

1/4 tsp each of: garlic salt, onion powder, dry mustard, black pepper

1/2 tsp of chili powder

1 tsp each of: paprika, cayenne pepper, kosher salt

1 tbsp of brown sugar

BBQ Sauce:

2 cups of BBQ sauce - your choice

1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp of soy sauce

1 & 1/2 tbsp of brown sugar

1 tsp of hot sriracha sauce

black pepper

Directions:

Step 1: Begin with making the rub. In a bowl mix together the rub ingredients. Take your pork ribs and rub the mixture all over the ribs, on both sides.

Step 2: Next, mix together the BBQ sauce ingredients in a bowl. Place 1/3 of the sauce on the bottom the your slow cooker. Place the ribs in. Place 1/3 of the sauce in between the 2 stacks of ribs and then the last third of sauce on top.

Step 3: Cook the ribs on high for 6 hours, or on low for 8 hours, until ridiculously tender. Enjoy!
