Ingredients: 2 medium tomatoes, seeded and diced 1/2 cup mayo 1 cup shredded mozzarella 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan (the real stuff) 1 tsp dried oregano 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/4 tsp dried basil 1 fresh loaf of baguette Directions: Step 1: Mix everything except the baguette together in a mixing bowl. Step 2: Slice the baguette into thin slices. Put a dollop of the mixture on top of each slice of baguette. Step 3: Bake on a baking sheet in a 350 F oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
