Stir Fried Broccoli


1 large head of broccoli, cut into spears

1 large clove of garlic, minced

1/2 tbsp of soy sauce

1 tbsp of oyster sauce

splash of Asian fish sauce

Chicken stock

black pepper

olive oil


Step 1: Wash off broccoli, cut into long spears. In a large frying pan over medium heat, add a spray of olive oil to coat the bottom of the pan.

Step 2: When the pan is hot, add the broccoli. Move around the broccoli lots, so it won't stick. Fry for 4 minutes, adding a little bit of chicken stock if it sticks. Turn down the heat if the broccoli is burning/sticking.

Step 3: Add the minced garlic. Mix together and fry for another minute, making sure the garlic does not burn.

Step 4: Add a little bit a black pepper, soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce and mix altogether and serve.
