Forever a family favourite. Try it yourself and be amazed how quickly it disappears! *Secret: the longer the dip sits, the better the flavour so make in advance!*
1 container of plain yogurt (650 grams)
1 cup of mayo
4 green onions, both green & white parts, chopped
2 tbsp of dried parsley
1 tsp garlic salt
3/4 lb bacon
Step 1: Begin by cooking the bacon, drain on paper towel and cool in the freezer so it's easier to crush.
Step 2: Mix the mayo and yogurt together, with the garlic salt, parsley and green onions. When the bacon is cooled, crumble in smaller pieces and mix. Put in the fridge for a few hours before serving.
Step 3: Cut up various vegetables to serve with the dip such as carrots, cauliflower, mushrooms, green & red pepper, and celery.
