Crab Mound


1 1/2 packages of cream cheese (12 oz)

1 small white onion, minced very well

2 tbsp of mayo

2 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice

1/8 tsp of garlic powder

1/2 bottle of Chili sauce

1 can of crab meat, drained and flaked


Step 1: In a large bowl, cream together with a beater the cream cheese, mayo, onion, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and garlic salt.

Step 2: On a serving plate, form the mixture into a mound and put in the fridge for a few hours.

Step 3: Before serving, add the bottled Chili sauce on top of the cream cheese mound and add crab meat on top.

Best served with Bacon Dippers!
