Ashlee's Famous Party Dip
1 package of cream cheese (8 oz), room temperature
1 small tub of sour cream, 250 g (equivalent to 1 cup)
1/2 bottle of salsa
1/2 cup of Heinz Chili sauce
1 cup or more of shredded Tex-Mex cheese
1 tomato, seeded and cut into chunks
1 red and green bell pepper, diced
4 large green onions, chopped
Step 1: Mix together in a bowl the cream cheese and sour cream. Layer this on a large serving plate. Pour over the salsa and smooth out over the cream cheese mixture.
Step 2: Add the chili sauce on top of the salsa and mix. Add the vegetables all over the mixture then add the cheese on top.
Serve cool or room temperature with nachos.
