Hayleigh's Ranch Pork Chops


2 tbsp of Ranch dressing

1/4 tsp garlic salt

1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper

1/8 tsp of thyme

2 pork chops

Black pepper


Step 1: Put 1 tbsp of ranch dressing on each pork chop. Let sit in the fridge for 15-30 minutes.

Step 2: In a small bowl, mix together garlic salt, cayenne pepper, thyme, and black pepper. Sprinkle over each pork chop on top of the ranch dressing (you may not use all the seasoning).

Step 3: Grill the chops on a BBQ, 5 minutes per side, placing the ranch side up. When flipping over, sprinkle herb mixture on the unseasoned side.

Alternative cooking method: These can easily be cooked in the oven at 350F, for 15-20 minutes.
