Lynn's Pasta Salad

My mom's friend Lynn Murdock introduced us to these delicious pasta salad years back. It's always a go-to dish when entertaining a large crowd - and I mean large...this dish makes A LOT.

*This recipe must be started the night before eating*


1 lb of whole wheat rotini pasta

1 bottle of Kraft's Sun dried Tomato & Oregano salad dressing (divided)

2 cups of crumbled Feta cheese

1 pint of cherry tomatoes, cut in half

1/2 of a red, green and yellow bell pepper, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 cup of chopped red onion

fresh parsley


Step 1: Cook pasta according to package. Drain and add to a large bowl.

Step 2: Add 3/4 of the salad dressing to the pasta. Mix together, cover with plastic wrap and keep in the fridge over night.

Step 3: The next day, add the feta, tomatoes, bell peppers and red onion. Mix together well. Add more salad dressing if needed.

Step 4: Add some fresh parsley before serving. ENJOY!
