Haddock with Spicy Parmesan Sauce

You'll be licking your plate when you make this dish! My friend Wade, whipped this recipe up and served it on top of Halibut and it was delish. I'm making this recipe with haddock. It would also be good with chicken!

Serves 4


2 large fillets of haddock, fresh

1/4 cup of minced red onion

1 tbsp of butter

1 cup of real mayo

1 tsp of hot sauce

1/4 tsp of garlic powder

black pepper

1 tbsp of lemon juice

1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese


Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400F.

Step 2: In a small frying pan over medium heat, add the butter and let melt. Add the red onion and season with salt and pepper. Saute for 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.

Step 3: In a large bowl, add the mayo, sauteed onion, garlic powder, lemon juice, hot sauce and Parmesan cheese. Season with black pepper. Mix together well.

Step 4: Season the fillets with pepper. Lay fillets on a baking sheet. Pour the sauce over top, covering all the fish. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the sauce is nice and golden and bubbly. Serve and ENJOY!
