Sweet Onion Dip
Found this recipe on a blog that I follow, White on Rice Couple. This dip can be made well in advance, heated up in the oven before serving.

Ingredients:
1 cup of sweet onion, chopped roughly
8 oz/250 g (1 pkg) of cream cheese, at room temperature
1 cup of real mayo
1 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup of sour cream
lots of black pepper
Directions:
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350F. In a large mixing bowl, place the softened cream cheese, mayo and Parmesan cheese. Add the chopped onion and as much as black pepper as you like (a lot is good for this recipe).
Step 2: Transfer dip to an oven-safe dish. Bake for 30 or so minutes, until the top of the dip is a nice golden brown.
Serve hot with baguette, Indian Naan or crackers.
