Artichoke & Asiago Pear Pizza

Okay, I know what you're thinking. I thought it to when I was first introduced to this delicious recipe. Pears on PIZZA? Fruit??? Weird, maybe? Delicious, indeed.

Whether you're making this for a crowd or for yourself, it will be gone before you know it!

Serves 2-4

Ingredients:

2 flatbread (recommend Panini brand flatbread, Garlic & Herb flavoured)

2 bosc pears (washed, sliced thinly)

1 small tub of Artichoke & Asiago dip

Asiago cheese, freshly grated

Directions:

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 425F.

Step 2: Place flatbread on baking sheets. Add some artichoke and asiago dip to each flatbread, leaving a 1/4 inch border. Place sliced pears all over the pizza. Top with some grated Asiago cheese.

Step 3: Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden in color. Remove from baking sheet, place on cutting board. Cut into 9X9 pieces. Serve & ENJOY!!
