Personally
I'm just starting to like salmon. The first time I ever tried scallops,
was wrapped in bacon. Which I then started to like on its own. So I
tried the same thing with salmon. Just 1 strip of bacon around a piece
of salmon = delicious!
For 2
people: Take two 4oz pieces of salmon, season with pepper on both sides,
and a little lemon zest.Wrap a full slice of bacon around the
salmon, securing if needed. In a frying pan over med-hi heat, add a
little bit of olive oil. When heated, add the salmon. Cook 3-4 minutes, flip and cook on the other side. Serve and eat!
